These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UsersArabia website, platform and services (the "Services"), operated by UsersArabia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The service
UsersArabia connects researchers and businesses ("Researchers") with people who take part in research studies ("Participants") across the Middle East and North Africa. We provide tools to recruit, screen, schedule and pay participants, and optional premium tools such as in-app video calls, transcripts, surveys and an insights repository.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We use passwordless sign-in (a one-time code or link sent to your email).
3. Researcher responsibilities
- Use the Services and any collected data lawfully and ethically.
- Obtain appropriate consent from participants and respect their privacy.
- Set fair participant incentives and honour completed sessions.
- Not use the platform to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis.
4. Participant responsibilities
Participants agree to provide honest information, attend booked sessions, and complete studies in good faith. Incentives are payable for genuinely completed participation.
5. Plans, credits and payments
Recruitment is available pay-as-you-go using credits. Premium is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks additional tools and includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are used to pay participant incentives and to cover premium usage. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Participant incentives
Researchers fund the incentive for each participant. We facilitate the payment of incentives to participants. The amount a participant receives is shown to them before they take part.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them, submit fraudulent applications, harvest data, or use them for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design and content we provide, remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the research content and data you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services for you.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the Services or other users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
